Report: Suh gets ticket for careless driving

Detroit Lions defensive lineman Ndamukong Suh was given a traffic ticket on November 15 for failure to use due care and caution and he may be in a little more trouble due to this incident.

According to the report, an officer saw Suh’s Land Rover traveling at a high rate of speed and passing several cars on the right side. Almost at the end of the lane, Suh’s vehicle cut over, barely missing the car behind him.

However, the case is still not on its way to the court, and it is not certain that it will.

For the past months, there were complaints that Suh has been accused of driving recklessly. Last month, Suh was accused of sideswiping his car and driving off; however, no ticket has been issued. Last year, Suh was also involved in a crash in Portland, Oregon; a female passenger who was injured is currently suing Suh.

The most recent news is that Suh will not be suspended for groin kicking episode last week. Detroit Lions lineman Ndamukong Suh is now back in the news.

News emerged that Detroit Police issued Suh a speeding ticket earlier this month, after Suh was allegedly speeding and illegally passing cars on a suburban Detroit street.

This is not the first as Suh had been the recipient of numerous driving issues, including a citation earlier this year. He was charged with doing 91 MPH in a 55 MPH zone, and a minor accident last month plus suit of a woman who claimed that she was injured in a 2011 crash for the amount of $1 million.

The speeding ticket received by Suh is the latest bad rap for the big man, who caught a flack on Thanksgiving Day after claims that he kicked Houston Texans QB Matt Schaub in the groin. Schaub said earlier this week that he would want Suh out of his team. It will be recalled that Suh was suspended for two games last season after stomping on an opposing player, also on Thanksgiving Day. It is fortunate that Suh’s speeding ticket will not draw a 15-yard penalty, but it may draw fines.
